Themed Zones — Live Production, Tech Talks, Labs

Six demonstration zones spread across an area of 8,000–10,000 m² at the Ptak Expo Łódź exhibition hall.

1. Live Production — machines running non-stop, live printing on your guests’ T-shirts. World premieres every 30 minutes (e.g., SureColor F-Series, Kornit Atlas MAX Plus).

2. Tech Talks Stage — an educational stage featuring an industry conference program. ROI of automation, AI in design, REACH 2027 for inks, DTF optimization, Smart Factory 4.0.

3. Embroidery Lab — embroidery machines in action using various techniques. Embroidery design contest. Digitizing workshops (Wilcom, Pulse).

4. Materials Lab — comparative ink tests (color intensity, wash resistance at 30/60°C, flexibility after printing). Samples distributed to visitors for testing at home.

5. Smart Factory 4.0 — a miniature production line: from online ordering through automatic printing, cutting, folding, and packaging. AI demonstrations generating patterns live based on briefs from visitors.

6. ESG / Circular Fashion Pavilion — a separate zone with dedicated scenography (FSC wood, recycled materials). The T-shirt life cycle: production → service → recycling → new fabric. CSRD in Practice conference.

Networking Zone + Business Matchmaking — a system for matching exhibitors and visitors based on declared business pillars and goals. Pre-booked 1:1 meetings.
